We have the perfect space for your class, workshop, presentation, meetings, gatherings, healing sessions, support groups, counseling sessions and more!

 

We have room rental rates to meet your client one on one by the hour, or daily rates as well. Inquire for pricing.

 

 

WE OFFER TWO DIFFERENT WAYS TO RENT SPACE:

 

 

You can either rent a classroom by the hour as listed below, OR you can rent the classroom on a 70/30 split with a minimum $20 fee.

 

Either option is up to you, but you'll need to let us know which option you prefer when you book the room. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 832.797.1888.

 

 

70/30 Split (Minimum $20 fee)  

 

On a 70/30 split, you keep 70 percent of your earnings for the event/meeting/class and we receive 30 percent for the use of the room. This is perfect for those who are starting new classes and are not sure how many people will be able to attend. A great way to get started and build up your class attendance! Our minimum fee for a 70/30 split is $20 for room space. The $20 minimum fee is due when you book your room space.

 

Please note: Free, donation or love offering based classes, meetings or workshops are not eligible for a 70/30 split. For these type classes, presenters must rent the room on an hourly basis. Thank you.

 

 

Hourly classroom/meeting room rental rates:

 

 

Classroom #1

Approx. 240 square feet. Theatre seating is approx. 30-34.

$30 per hour 

3 Hours DISCOUNTED - $70.00

All day DISCOUNTED - $115

 

 

Classroom #2

Approx. 200 square feet. Theatre seating is approx. 20-24. 

 

$25 per hour

3 Hours DISCOUNTED - $60

All day DISCOUNTED - $100

 

 

Payment Terms:

 

PLEASE NOTE! DO NOT MAIL PAYMENT TO OUR CENTER ADDRESS! THE MAIL CARRIER FOR OUR CENTER ADDRESS LOSES OUR MAIL. Inquire TO Chris or Ginger about where/how to send payment.

 

Advance reservations are a must.  All classroom space is on a first come, first served basis. Space is reserved when payment for the room has been received.

 

Rooms are available mornings, afternoons, evenings - on weekdays or weekends, 7 days a week.

 

HOURLY RENTAL: If you choose to rent the room on the hourly basis, we must receive your total payment with your booking in order for us to confirm your space reservation.

 

70/30 SPLIT: For those who wish to reserve the 70/30 payment option, a $20 non-refundable minimum payment is due upon booking the room

 

All classroom payments are non-refundable after booking. We ask that all presenters who book room space, please show up no matter how many advance reservations they receive.

 

 

Room Set Up:

 

Rooms are available for set up 30 minutes before start time. Rooms must be vacated no later that 15 minutes after the agreed finish time.

 

Due to the need in getting concurrent classes set up through the day, if your workshop or class runs over the time you reserved, you'll be charged in 15 minute increments at the appropriate prorated hourly rate.

 

Advertising & Promoting Your Class or Workshop:

 

Although we can advertise your event on our web site and in our newsletter, if booked in advance as stated below, please remember that The Spirit Quest Center is not a promoter but rather a leasing center for your space, so it's a good idea to advertise your event on your own website, in your newsletter, with flyers sent to our center and with advertising in local publications like the CenterPoint Journal www.centerpointhouston.com (local magazine), Indigo Sun (www.indigosun.com) (Texas state-wide magazine) or Natural Awakenings Magazine (local magazine) http://www.naturalawakenings-houston.com/ongoingcalendar.html. This helps you promote your event as widely as possible.

 

FLYERS:

 

Once your room is reserved, it's a good idea to drop off or mail flyers for your event to our center as soon as possible (call or email for mailing address). We will put them in our literature stand for customers and clients at the center to pick up.

 

Please note: Do not email flyers to us. It is up to the teacher or presenter of the event to provide flyers for your presentation.

 

PUBLICATION IN OUR NEWSLETTER AND ON OUR WEBSITE:

 

Room rent includes at no charge, being published on our web site and if time permits, in our email newsletter.  To be included in our email newsletter, you must book your room by the 5th day of the month PRIOR to publication.

 

Email your event write up to spiritquestassocites@yahoo.com. Due to space requirements on website and newsletter, we reserve the right to edit write ups and size photos appropriately.

 

We need the following information:

 

Your picture or a picture relevant to the event (please send the picture by separate attachment).

Title of workshop or event

Text description of event

Fee for event along with types of payment you accept

Registration contact email and phone number

 

 

Registration & Payment from potential attendees to your class or workshop:

 

Teachers and presenters will be responsible for their own class registration and accepting their attendee or student's payments. Include your contact phone and/or email info with your class description write up (along with types of payment you can accept) to us so that students can contact you directly to sign up for your class.  Teachers and presenters also need to remember to bring money with them to make change if they are accepting cash payments on the day of the class.
