help us out when we need a hand. This might entail things such as
working the retail store, helping out out on Fair Days or many other
endeavors we have planned. What a great way to learn about many
different kinds of holistic healing!
If you would like to offer a free
Internship at The Spirit Quest Center and help out on a wide range of
duties and/or projects, please let us know!
DONATIONS:
We are in need of card tables, chairs and
massage tables. If you have any of these items you'd like to donate,

We have the perfect space for your class, workshop,
presentation, meetings,
gatherings, healing sessions, support groups, counseling
sessions and more!
We have room rental rates to meet your client one on one
by the hour, or daily rates as well. Inquire for pricing.
WE OFFER TWO DIFFERENT WAYS TO RENT SPACE:
You can either rent a classroom by the
hour as listed below, OR you can rent the classroom on a 70/30 split.
Either option is up to you, but you'll need to let us know which option
you prefer when you book the room. If you have any questions, please

70/30 Split
On a 70/30 split, you keep 70
percent of your earnings for the event/meeting/class and we receive 30
percent for the use of the room. This is perfect for
those who are starting new classes and are not sure how many people will
be able to attend. A great way to get started and build up your class
attendance!
Please note: Free, donation or love offering
based classes, meetings or workshops are not eligible for a 70/30 split. For these type
classes, presenters must rent the room on an hourly basis. Thank you.
Hourly classroom/meeting room rental
rates:
Classroom #1
Approx. 240 square feet. Theatre seating is approx.
30-34.
$30 per hour
3 Hours - $70.00
All day - $115
Classroom #2
Approx. 200 square feet. Theatre seating is approx.
20-24.
$25 per hour
3 Hours - $60
All day - $100
Payment Terms:
Advance reservations are a must. Rooms are available
mornings, afternoons, evenings - on weekdays or weekends, 7 days a week.
If you choose to rent the room on the hourly basis, we must receive your
payment with your
booking in order for us to confirm your space reservation. All space is
on a first come first served basis when payment is received.
For room rental 2 or more days, we require a $50
non-refundable deposit with your room booking. Your deposit will be
cashed and the remainder will be due on your class day.
If you rent the room on an hourly basis and your workshop
or class runs over the time you paid for, you'll be charged in 15 minute
increments at the appropriate prorated hourly rate.
Room Set Up:
Rooms are available for set up 30 minutes before start
time. Rooms must be vacated no later that 15 minutes after the agreed
finish time.
Advertising & Promoting Your Class or Workshop:
Room rents include at no charge, being published on our
web site and if time permits, also in our email and direct mail monthly newsletter. To be
included in our email and/or direct mail newsletter, you must book your room by the 5th day
of the month PRIOR to publication as well as submit your ad with
title, text description of class, class fee and registration contact
email and/or phone number. Your event title and time will also be included in
our Spirit Quest Center events ad in The Indigo Sun.
Email your class write up to
spiritquestassocites@yahoo.com. Due to space requirements on website
and newsletter, we reserve the right to edit write ups and size photos
appropriately.
Once your room is reserved, it's a good idea to drop off flyers of your event to our
center as soon as possible. We will put them in our literature stand for customers
and clients at the center to pick
up.
Although we do advertise your event on our site and in
our newsletters, if booked in advance as stated above, please remember
that The Spirit Quest Center is not a promoter but rather a leasing
center so it's a good idea
to advertise your event on your own website, in your newsletter, with
flyers or with advertising in local publications like the CenterPoint
Journal, Indigo Sun or Awakenings Magazine. This helps promote your
event as widely as possible.
Registration & Payment from potential attendees to your class or
workshop:
Teachers and presenters will be
responsible for their own class registration and accepting their
student's payments. Include your contact phone and/or email info with
your class description write up to us so that students can contact you directly to sign
up for your class.
