Setup
PLEASE NOTE NEW SET UP TIME IS 11:00am.
The center will be open for set up at 11:00, one hour prior to
opening for the public . Please bring your own table. If you do not have
a table, contact us. We do have a limited number available.
If you find that
you will be late in arriving, please call us and let us know. Any space
that is unclaimed due to a late arrival or no show will be assigned to
someone else 30 minutes prior to the fair.
The Spirit Quest Center asks all fair day psychics and
vendors, after unloading, to park down the street or in the town's
public parking area to reserve parking space for fair day clients.
Fair hours open to the general public - 12pm - 6pm.
Payment:
Reserving Your Space: Table space is confirmed
after receipt of your payment by check, cash or credit card or PayPal
for your space.
Payment must be made to our center no later than 7 days
prior to the fair in order to reserve your space. After that time, space
and/or tables will be on a first come, first serve basis. After receipt of your payment, the reservation is non-refundable 7 days prior to the
fair.
Payment Methods: Send checks made out to Spirit Quest to 3810 Broken Elm Dr.,
Spring, Tx 77388. Call 832.797.1888 to pay by credit card or come by the
shop during regular store hours to drop off your payment. For your
convenience, we also accept PayPal below (it's a good idea to contact us
by phone or email first to make sure we have space available).
Vendors, Healers & Psychics please note:
You will be responsible for collecting your own payments
from clients. Please make sure you bring enough money to make change for
your customers. The Spirit Quest Center cannot accept payment for your
client's payments or make change. Thank you for understanding.

Space Rental Rates:
Healers or vendors - up to 4 ft. table - $40.00
Healers or vendors - 6 ft. table - $50.00
Healers or vendors - massage table - $55.00
Psychic/Reader space $55 per
space.
